Carrot Walnut Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
A moist cake, spiced with cinnamon, finely grated Australian carrots and chopped toasted walnuts with 2 generous layers of lightly sweetened cream cheese frosting. This cake will remain soft for 5 days in an airtight container stored in the fridge.
