Pizza


Large 13 inch pan pizza with minced beef, onion rings, button mushroom, pineapples and pizza sauce on homemade pizza dough with rex milano breadmix. The secret to a great pizza is a good mozzarella cheese and I use the block (not shredded) Perfect Italiano Mozzarella Cheese. Drizzle a little corn oil or olive oil on the rim of the dough and bake at 200C for a crunchy crust.

Recipe
Dough (makes one 13 inch and one 9 inch pizza base)
1 cup Water
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Sugar
3 cups Bread Flour (can substitute 50g Rex Milano Breadmix)
2 tsp Instant Yeast
2 tbsp Olive oil


Method
1) Put all the ingredients into bread machine/cake mixer and knead until dough is smooth and elastic.
2) Let the dough rest/proof for 45 minutes, covered with a damp cloth.
3) Divide the dough into 2 portions, roll into a thin piece to fit a 13 inch pizza pan. Drizzle oil around the rim of the dough and some on the dough.
4) Put 3 tablespoons of pizza sauce on dough. Spread evenly but leave 1 inch around the border.
5) Put your favourite toppings on the dough.
6) Shred half of Perfect Italiano Mozzarella Cheese block (250g) and sprinkle over pizza.
7) Bake at preheated oven 200C for 15 to 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and slightly golden brown.

Fillings (suggestions only)
minced chicken, beef, pepperoni, sausage, tuna (brown beef/chicken on pan with salt and black pepper)
button mushroom
pineapple
onion rings
capsicum : green, yellow, red
tomato

bay leaves
1 block of Perfect Italiano Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Try not to put too much topping, except for cheese. A nice drink to accompany pizza is a glass of cold milk.

Carrot Walnut Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting



A moist cake, spiced with cinnamon, finely grated Australian carrots and chopped toasted walnuts with 2 generous layers of lightly sweetened cream cheese frosting. This cake will remain soft for 5 days in an airtight container stored in the fridge.

Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins

Shepard's Pie




Australian celery, Australian carrots, CH tomatoes, onion, potatoes, fresh chicken breast without skin from wet market, minced lamb from Australia, mixed italian herbs and tomato paste are used to make this pie.
We have two types of filling, chicken and lamb.

Cheese Temptation



This is for cheesecake and chocolate lovers. Firstly, the rich lemon cheesecake is baked and chilled. Then the chocolate mousse is made using good chocolate and dairy whipping cream. It is poured onto the baked cheesecake and chilled again in the fridge. Then, to finish this cake is another layer of dark chocolate glazing.
